My name is Ruth Bruchel (formerly Ruti Ben Israel)
a certified Sommelier, an educator with over twelve years of experience
and the founder of the Roots & Faces Global Olive & Vineyard Education Program

My Journey
: I began my path as an educator in Israel, developing award-winning agricultural programs focused on

• terroir and environmental understanding
• outdoor experiential learning
As my work grew, I expanded into the world of wine, tasting rituals, and sensory exploration — discovering how deeply wine connects to identity, memory, and emotional presence
